Process 

1.Made of high quality material for blanching, take them out since the vegetable 

turn into dark green, put it into the clod water cooling, 

2.then, dry them in the centrifuge, freeze them under the cold air environment -33--     40 centigrade (according to the different vegetables), 

3. then, put into cold water to formed the thin ice on the surface to avoid oxidation. 

    The aim of the blanching does kill the fungus to prevent them from rotting.

Spinach ball 10--20cm, 20--30cm
