1,Welded Pipe machine introduced:

    The welded pipe making machine, also called welding pipe making machine or pipe making machine, is used to produce different types of products, such as round types, square types, and rectangular types. The equipments use roll pass design, so the production line can produce welded steel pipes which has the feature of good quality machining and precision assembling.

    Our company is expertise to producing the welded pipe making machine, therefore, different diameter and wall thickness are available. At the same time, we can design and produce products in accordance with clients' requirements.

    This equipment is specially used for producingΦ65-Φ114mm,δ1.5-3.0 mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe(δ≤2.5mm). The composition of equipment is from decoiler to fixed length cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

     Raw material (steel coil) → decoiling→ shearing and welding→ material accumulating → non-power leveling →forming milling →high frequency welding →removing burrs outside of weld seam →cooling →sizing →rough straightening → fixed length cutting →finishing pipe
