VILLARAM BUILDERS was established in 1995, owned by Renato C. Ramos with postal address at 54 Linaw Street, Barangay St. Peter, Quezon City. It started out as a firm that engages with glass and aluminum works under the name of Margica Multi Resources in 1991.  The company expanded its operations and was granted a license for General Building by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board with Category B.  In September 2002, it was upgraded to Medium A.

VILLARAM BUILDERS clients include architects, banks, building administrations and government and private agencies.  These are the Land Bank of the Philippines, Philippine Ports Authority, Philippines National Bank, Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation, Land Bank Realty Development Corporation, Manila International Airport Authority, Nutrition Center of the Philippines, Quezon City Government and other Institutions and Establishments.
