RE: JV OPERATION OF TABOH NANING (TAMPIN) QUARRY AND SAND MINING.
Refer to the above we would like to invite your prestigious company to join our company on the operation of the above quarry.
The below are the advantages of the quarry.
1) Site is located in a strategically location (Less than 50KM to Port Dickson and Sungei Udang Melaka)
2) Access to main road is 300 meters away.
3) Height of Quarry is 7 times lower than others around the radius of 50KM.
4) Stone is Grade as Granite of crushing standard of 21/22(High quality suitable for all type of use).
5) Stone is ripe from the top of the mountain.
6) Above 65% of over burden is suitable to use and sold as Dumping Sand. (Profit from beginning instead of additional cost to throw away the overburden and unripe stone to get to the quarry stone).
7) Quarry Face is seen, operation of quarry can start immediately.
8) Most Important…Market is available as many huge projects is around 50Km away from the quarry.
