Organic coarse rice, organic corn, organic bean, organic soybean, organic millet, organic barley, organic wheat, organic buckwheat, organic quinoa.

Age : 4 months &above

Mix with milk : 1sccop + 100ml milk

Porridge : 3 sccop+ 100ml warm water

Age : 6-12 months

Micx with milk : 1 1/2 sccop + 150ml milk

Porridge : 5 scoop + 150ml warm water

Age : 12 months & above

Mix with milk : 2 sccop + 200ml water

Porridge : 6 sccop + 200ml warm water

Most of the nutrients such as vitamins, protein andfiber of the cereal are stored in the bran layer as well as the planule of the cereals.
