Ketupat Palas, cooked glutinous rice wrapped in triangular shaped crafts made from palas leaves and left to be boiled to result nice shaped compression and to bring out the aroma and taste. Its best serves with Rendang (spicy dry meat), Curry Chicken, Satay (skewered meat) and Sambal Tumis (spicy condiment).
