UNI WALL offers a high performance aluminium composite panel system, supplied by company like Alucubond, Alpolic, Luxalon etc. The system is suitable for exterior cladding, applications. Panels are available in standard sizes ranging from 914mm to 1575 mm width and a maximum of 7200mm in length. The composition of the panel incorporates two outer skins of 0.5mm thickness aluminium with a non-combustible mineral filled core. An overall thickness of 4mm and 6mm is available. Impact Resistance
The cladding is resistant to resonable impact loads due to composite construction of strong aluminium skins bonded to a viscoelastic pol core.

Workability
Ordinary aluminium working machines can be used to fabricate the cladding. Procedures such as saw cutting, shear cutting, grooving, punching perforated, drilling, bending and curving are accomplished easily. Rivets, bolts and/or screws, adhesives and adhesive tapes are used during the fabrication of the cladding panels.
