In this way, human beings usually start life with a relatively balanced and healthy intestinal tract.A healthy digestive system breaks down the food that we eat and replenish the body with nutrients that are vital for the body to function properly. Friendly bacteria exist in the intestines for the purpose of digestion, producing vitamins, and keeping the harmful bacteria in check. The healthy digestive system should have a ratio of a t least 80-85% friendly and neutral bacteria and not more than 15-20% pathogenic or harmful bacteria.
