Our  team of Malaysian engineers, at Arctic Technologies Sdn Bhd have been conducting research and development (R&D) into embedded based duty cycle management system (DCMS) for air-conditioners for homes, commercial and industrial applications since May 2008. Over this period of time we have developed, lab and field tested our product in achieving an average kWh reduction of 20%. On 14th May 2010 the production as well as marketing facilities of Arctic Technologies Sdn Bhd was established. Currently we are continuing our R&D effort in the next generation energy saving solutions in modulation technology for air-conditioners, freezers, chillers and cold rooms. The next phase of R&D will be focusing on customized solutions to reduce energy bills for lighting in parking lots or corridors of large buildings without having to replace fluorescent lights.
