A material which is subjected to a special heat treatment process, which produces a two phase structure. Enabling the material to achieve increased strength together with elasticity capabilities.

Advanced  Multi Stage Phosphate Treatment Process: The Reflex UHFS Flexible Steel Delineator Posts are powder coated with an advanced epoxy rich zinc primer, providing superior corrosion protection and treated with long term weather and light resistant polyester based finish.  Therefore providing the post with added durability and UV stabilization.

Reflex, Flexible Steel Delineator Post features a unique and innovative recess on the face of our guide post to house the delineation to protect against damage. The Reflex Delineator Post has the capability of rebounding to its vertical position after withstanding multiple direct vehicular impacts.

Easy Installation

Reflex, Flexible Steel Delineator Posts can be installed and removed with ease using our patented driving system which includes a modified removal rod and protective guides for better drivability. A specialised driving cap for pneumatic installation is also available this option suits our pneumatic post driver. Reflex Delineator Posts are easily installed into various ground types. The Post also includes an extended barb to provide better ground retention.

Compliance

Reflex, Flexible Steel Delineator Posts can be supplied complete using a Class 1A 10,000mm2  Delineation and have been tested to 1000 hours exceeding relevant specification standards: Adhesion (AS1580.408.4), Blistering (AS1580.481.1.9), Corrosion (AS1580.481.3) Reflex, Flexible Steel Delineator Posts have also been subjected to a minimum of ten impacts and wheel overs at 60-80km per hour and again at 100km per hour. The result of the impact tests showed no damaged to the Reflex Delineator post, with minimal damage to the powder coating finish and with the help of the recess for the delineator, this was still in good condition and in no need of replacing.
