PB ; Seller to issue 2% Performance Bond.

BANKING; BG+RDLC or BG+TT or SBLC

SPECIFICATIONS:

a) FFA : 5.0 % max

b) M & I : 0.5 % max

c) Iodine Value : 50 - 56 %

d) Melting point : 40 - 60 degree celcius max

e) Colour : 3 R : 3.5 Y max

f) Dobi Value : 2.31 min

PROCEDURES;

a) Buyer issues ICPO with Bank Co-ordinates (BCL)

b) Seller issues FCO+BCL+SGS+POP+Draft Contract upon completion of soft probe.

c) Buyer and Seller sign and seal Contract with Banking Co-ordinates.

d) Buyers Bank sends pre-advised SBLC or equivalence.

e) Seller posts 2% Performance Bond after receipt of authenticated Bank Instruments.

f) Delivery commences and schedules on date to be agreed by both parties. The 1st shipment and delivery of 10,000 MT will be 14 days after all procedures are in order subject to term (g). The next delivery of CPO have to be agreed by both parties.

g) Seller shall release 1st cargo after receipt HARD COPY of bank Instrument from Buyers Bank.
