| 4. MANICYE to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose. |
| 5. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to MANICYE. |
| 6. MANICYE to produce the pre-production sample as per customer’s specific requirements. |
| 7. MANICYE to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples for approval. |
| 8. Customers to confirm the pre-production samples. |
| 9. MANICYE to start the mass production after getting customer’s approval for pre-production sample. |
| 10. MANICYE to send the photos of mass production and mass products to customer for reference. |
| 11. Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery to forwarder’s warehouse. |
| 12. Customer to arrange the balance to MANICYE if inspection result is within the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level). |
| 13. MANICYE to arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping space with forwarder. |
