Introduction:
Stainless steel wire mesh is composed of laminated layers of stainless steel wire cloth bonded by special canlendering and sintering in vacuum oven, to creat a new filter material with higher strength and rigidity. As a new filter material, it's interlaced mesh forms an uniform and ideal filtration structure, which provides excellent performances such as high precision and strength, efficient flow restriction, machinablity and resistance to abration, heat and cold. Therefore, it is ideal for applications requiring high strength and filter precision media.  It is widely used in petroleum-chemical industry, nuclear electricity, sythetic fiber, film, food, pharmarcutical, aerospace and enviromental protection industries.

Construction and features:
High strength: after sintered in oven, five layers mesh has extrame machanical strength and pressure tolerence.
High precision: consistant filter property in media grades ranging from 2 to 200 micro.
Heat resistant: can be continuously used in temperature ranging from -200C to 650C.
Cleanable: backwash and clean easily owing to its surface filtration structure.

Main applications:
1.Distribution and cooling material in high temperature condition. 
2.Material used for gas distribution and liquidization bed.
3.Material requiring high precision, stable perfermance in high temperature.
