1.Stainless steel sintered felt filter element
Main filter media of pleated filter elements are stainless steel sintered fiber felt and stainless steel
wire mesh.Stainless steel sintered fiber felt is a kind of multiple deep filter media,sintered with stainless steel fiber at the high temperature.The filter element enjoy the advantage of high porosity,large filter area and good dirt holding capacity,and can repeated use after chemical cleaning,etc.
Stainless steel wire mesh is weaved with stainless steel wire.These filter elements have such characteristics of good strength,fastness,easy cleaning,high temperature resistance,low cost,etc.
Filter rating range from 3 to 200 microns are available,the sizes is available at customer's requirement.
2.Application
Mainly used in filtration of high molecular polymer,drug,hydraulic oil,water treatment,hot gas,etc.
