We use only Reverse Osmosis Water to clean every piece of bird nest and dry it with "freeze-drying" method. This method will dry bird nest to minimum level of water content (10% ) so that bird nest can be keep for longer period without preservatives. Therefore our bird nest is lighter than those available in the market (50% water content) . That means you can have more bird nest in one KG.
