Our company owns several large-sized commercial land-lots in the middle of Jakarta's CBD. Our lots range from 8,000 to more than 10,000 square meter (1 Hectare). These lots could be developed as full-size mixed-used commercial buildings (Shopping Malls with Apartment Towers on top), Office Building, and/or Apartment Towers. We would like to invest potential foreign investors to jointly develop these lots on an equity participation basis. Our land is our equity. Potential investors should bring their own equity to construct the commercial building(s). Afterwards, we would share the proceeds of the sale/rent of the commercial space according to our equity portions.
Investment size would be in the vicinity of US$25million to US$50million. (Financial) Arrangers are welcome.
