2.produce process:

Frist:           Choosing the 3 years Mao Bamboo Stick as raw material

Second:      being carbonized under 880 centigrade in the Furnace

Thrid:          picking up the best bamboo charcoal

Fourth:       milling the charcoal to be powder of 200 mesh(95%pass) in the Ball Milling Equipment

Fiveth:        adding the food grade Biological Adhesives

Sixth:          extruding the semi-finished products from the Extrusion Molding Equipment

Seventh:    drying the charcoal under the constant temperature for 24 hours

Eighth:       being packed into the carton.

5.How to choose the high quality shisha charcoal?

1. Watch: Surface and the sparkle are the key. Low quality charcoal is with rough surface, and it’s easy to

 get the charcoal powder when you touch it. And when the charcoal is burning, it must be with sparkle.

2. Smell: Smell and smoke are the key.  Low quality charcoal is with cheap adhesives, it may cause the toxic

 gas and smoke when it is burning.

3. Test: Burning time is the key. High quality charcoal can be burning for more than 160 mins. Low quality 

charcoal just can be burning for about 60 to 80 mins as per the low carbon content and other impurities.

4. Weight: Ash is the key. If the ash takes high proportion, that means the charcoal includes the coal or dust.

 The ash for 100% bamboo charcoal is white colour.
