Production Progress:
1. Choosing the 3 years Mao Bamboo as raw material
2. Being carbonized fewer than 880 centigrade in the Furnace
3. Picking up the best bamboo charcoal
4. Milling the charcoal to be powder of 200 mesh (95%pass) in the Ball Milling Equipment
5. Adding the food grade Biological Adhesives
6. Extruding the semi-finished products from the Extrusion Molding Equipment
7. Drying the charcoal under the constant temperature for 24 hours
8. Packed into the carton.

How to choose the high quality shisha charcoal
1. Watch: Surface and the sparkle is the key. Low quality charcoal is with rough surface, and it’s easy to get the charcoal powder when you touch it. And when the charcoal is burning, it must be with sparkle.
2. Smell: Smell and smoke is the key. Low quality charcoal is with cheap adhesives; it may cause the toxic gas and smoke when it is burning.
3. Test: Burning time is the key. High quality charcoal can be burning for more than 120 mins. Low quality charcoal just can be burning for about 30 to 50 mins as per the low carbon content and other impurities.
4. Weight: Ash is the key. If the ash takes high proportion that means the charcoal includes the coal or dust. The ash for 100% bamboo charcoal is white colour.
