Non-Clogging Submersible Water Pump WQ
QW type submersible non-clog sewage pump is made up of motor and pump, which are seperated through oil isolation room and mechanical seal. It is short in length that motor and pump share the same axle( rotor), the structure is compact. Equipped with many kinds of protectors, it is running reliably. The functions of its main parts are as followiing:
1. Motor stator: its insulation is B or F grade.
2. Water leakage probe. This component is installed in the oil room. If the mechanical seal was damaged, and water enters into the oil room, it will sned out the signal to the control system so as to protect the pump.
3. Mechanical seal: adopting in-series seal, the material is the wear-resisting carbonization tungsten, featuring being reliable, waer-resisting, longer life etc.
4. Impeller: have better handling capacity, can reduce the trouble of jamming and twisting of big fiber rubbish etc.
5. Pump body: harmonized with impeller, ensuring the pump of high efficiency and tear, the sealed ring, will be changed so as to ensure the pump runs with the best effienccy.
