OUR SERVICE

1. We can send the engineers to help installing, commissioning and training, 60$ one people per day after the engineers start from our factory area.

The visa fee will be in buyer's account;

The air ticket, hotel accommodation etc will be in the buyer's account;

The buyer should prepare the factory plant, water supply, air supply, power supply before our engineer arrived;

The buyer should send enough worker to cooperate working with our engineer and supply the necessary tools for working;

2. We supply below necessary documents with the machine:

General manual book/maintenance book

3. We provides one-year quality guarantee. During this period, if the machine’s malfunction is approved to be our responsibility, we will send the broken spare parts to you with DHL courier within 7 workdays after receiving the complainant. After one year guarantee, the seller provides payable spare parts and technician’s VISITING maintenance service. You should buy the technician’s air tickets, hotel accommodation etc and US$50/day after landed in the factory area.

The supplier shall not incur any liability for the purchaser in the event that it is delayed in the performance of its obligations by force major. Force major shall mean any cause of delay beyond the reasonable control of the seller, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, riots, sabotage, failure or delay on the part of any other supplier or suppliers, act of war or destruction of essential equipment by fire, explosion, storm, flood or delay caused by failure of power supplies or transport facilities.
