With the knowing of many kinds of materials, people have a great demand of the polyurethane molding equipment of which the amount of material can be regulated according to the material requirements.

The polyurethane molding equipment, JHPK-IIIB235 is developed and produced by Beijing Jinghua Park Polyurethane Equipment Co.,Ltd. It has a molding system making the various proportions. The ratio between material A and B is from 1:1~1:2.

It has a cylinder of which diameter is 125mm for drive and two link rods to drive two material pumps having a stroke campaign. Each of the link rods has scale positioning holes, to lengthen or shorten the travel of the material pumps.

With adjusting the fixing positions of material A&B pumps, it can be chosen any proportion within the ratio it allows.
