Features: 1.ball valve fluid resistance small,and its resistance coefficient with the length of the barrael of equivalent. 2.the valve tem uses sealing below-installed structure. there is a sealing gasket between stem and body and make sealing force increasing with medium pressure force increasing,ensure the stem reliable seal. and prevent stem to be rushed when the pressure is abnormal rise in valve cage. 3.as customers' demand,ball valve can be design as anti-static structure and derive the charge on the sphere. 4.to ensure stem flexible rotation and reliability,set the self-lubrication bushings of smaller friction coefficient between stem and body and stem and packing gland,not only reduce operating torque and make opening or closing more flexibility,but also avoid corrosion between stem and body when valve not open for long time and then valve can be opened and closed. 5.using double cant elastic sealing ring structure, when sphere have pressure from different medium,the contact area between sphere and sealing ring is also different. even sealing ring resist more force of medium,it will not be damage and safe and reliablity. 6.according to working condition and customers' demand. ball valve can be design as fireproofing. when line is fired and valve seat is burning out,fireproofing can stop medium to leak,then prevent fire to expand. the structure of fire-resistant uses the standard for API607 and JBT6899. 7.using floating ball,on the pressure of medium,sphere can make certain shift and ensure sealing of outlet end.
