Product description:
Multi-metal, long-life synthetic metalworking fluid/coolant.Synthetic metalworking fluid designed to resist microbial degradation. Provides an optimum balance of lubricity and detergency for quality finishes on machined parts. A special corrosion inhibitor package gives excellent protection against rust and corrosion of grey-iron while leaving a very light, fluid film. By controlling concentration between 1: 30 and 1: 15, performance characteristics can be optimized. Recommended for use in medium to heavy machining of all ferrous metals including carbon-cast steel, grey-iron, high alloy steel, stainless steels and copper alloys. Can be used for light to medium duty operations on aluminum alloys.
Increases productivity by a higher cutting speed and prolong tool life by at least 3 times.

Mixed with water for use. The ideal concentration ratio should fall between 1: 30 and 1: 15 and can easily be monitored by refractometer or alkaline titration using the titration kit.
