Our terms are:

1. Buyer issue the LOI and send to us to show the seriousness.
2. We issue FCO immediately
3. We provide the COA, B/L immediately
4. When buyer deal with us, then buyer provide draft document contract, L/C.
5. Sign contract
6. Conduct site visit to ensure capacity, quality and quantity
