Begin in 1988, in the part of an area of 20 Hectares at Banten Gulf, Banten Province, West region of Java Island, 2 hours driving from Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. PT. ANUGRAH BUANA MARINE also known as ABM is established to continue and expand the shipyard, with a FRP [Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic] boat builder than continuing for steel, aluminium and composite boat. Location background occupied an area of 2,5 Hectares, ABM became a modern shipyard, combining and utilizing the shareholders capabilities and expertise.

ABM was established to provide customers with an integrated solution on building customized medium size vessel up to 30,000 DWT, ranging from steel to aluminium hull construction.

ABM utilizes the technology and expertise of the well known state owned companies which deal in shipyard business for the production of high quality ships or vessels, and its Ship building Quality Standard to meet the requirements of the International maritime industry.
