Seller shall guarantee that the cargo could be loaded safely at one or two safe berths and/or safe anchorages and safe port at port of loading. The Seller shall guarantee that there are no radioactive substances and/or contaminations in the cargo delivered under this contract.
The buyer could direct to us without the intermediary.
