Coconut Shell Charcoal Briquettes

Our briquettes are pillow shaped and made from charcoal, which is carbonized from coconut shells. The coconut shells we use are a waste product from coconut harvest and production. To bind the briquettes we use Tapioca starch, which is a 100% food grade product extracted from the root of the plant species Manihot esculenta.
