Cutting Oil is the product to give a stable emulsion for preparation of a soluble-oil for use in a cutting fluid formulation.

Cutting Oil in cutting fluid composition offers resistance to bacterial attack and give a longer fluids in prolonging tool life and facilitating machining operations.

Cutting Oil is also contains rust and corrosion inhibitors.

The optimum dosage of Cutting Oil is 10.0 ~ 12.0 %.

Storage:

Store at cool place and avoid exposure direct under sunlight.

Material Safety

Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Avoid breathing vapor from cutting operations. Wash hands after using oil.

KNITTING OIL

Description

Knitting Oil is a synthetic oil emulsifier having improved adhesive and cohesive strength comprised of mineral oil being based of textile lubricant and more particularly to improved lubricity from the yarn as it moves at high speeds textile lubricants from the cones during knitting, weaving and spinning process .

Knitting oil is offers resistance to bacterial attack and give a longer fluids in prolonging tool life and facilitating machining operations and also contains antistatic and rust inhibitors.
