HEVEATECH is Eco-Friendly Wood, from everlasting sustainable resources.
HEVEATECH is a by-product wood derived from plantation Hevea Tree at theend of its 25-30 years of latex producing lifespan, with its logs "reclaimed" to prevent wastage at its end of lifespan.
HEVEATECH is made of impregnated LVL. Reclaimed logs are taken apart by being peeled Into thin layers, and pressed dried for consistency of Moisture-Content (MC). The Individual Layers then udergo the key vacuum impregnation process, whereby propriety resins fill in the voids within the wood-cell structure. The Layers are then bounded back up together with marine-grade adhesive, using high preasure and heat to reform into solid structure.
It is the impregnation filling of these voidsin the wood-cell stucture, that deny problematic water absorption that contributes to stability and durability problems of normal wood. The layer by layer treatment approaches of HEVEATECH ensures that bonded structure is wholly uniform in MC and impregnation from top to bottom.
The Resins also act on the wood-cell such they become unattractive to wood pests, guaranteeing the product being insectand termite resistant without additional post-instalation treatment.
With HEVEATECH latest structuraly superior Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) engineering and advanced propriety wood impregnation technology, the primary concerns of wood structural stability, durability and insect infestations are no longer a concern.
HEVEATECH's excellent performance aganist harsh weather and tough elements is why it is the Preferred green choise for outdoor natural wood floor decking,
HEVEATECH already has Eco- GREEN LABEL issued by Singapore, also has Certificate of JAPAN INDUSTRIAL STANDART (JIS).
