TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Term of Order
1. All prices quoted are for minimum full 20 ft. container quantities FOB Port of Surabaya, Indonesia.

2. Prices quoted are valid for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks prices may change without prior notice.

3. Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is US $ 50.00 per item. In addition to this total quantities per item has to be match our master box (case pack) quantities. We will make exceptions for small items with many pieces in carton (i.e. jewelry).

4. Minimum total dollar value is US $ 5,000.00 per order

5. Any LCL shipments to be shipped FOB by us will be charged US $ 150.00/shipment.

Terms of Payment
1. Sea Shipment - 50% deposit to start order. Full balance to be paid within 5 days of receipt of fax or email copy of all shipping documents. Original documents sent immediately on receipt of funds.
(IMPORTANT : On receipt of copy of documents balance must be paid within 5 days)

2. Air Shipment - 50% deposit to start order. Balance due prior to shipment of goods.

Sampling Policy
All customers requesting samples will be charged for both freight of samples and the samples.

Delivery Time
At time of order we will send pro-forma and advise delivery time. Our delivery time depends greatly on time of year and number and type of items ordered. This can run approximatelly 70 days depending on the above-mentioned factors. Please note, we stock no items. All goods are made to order. Delivery time is stated in days. Our counting of days starts on receipt of fax copy of T/T.

Cancellations
No cancellations are accepted once orders have been confirmed.
