Top quality industrial ice block machine 6000kg/day
6 tons ice block machine features:
1.Ice making tank adopts 800mm thickness polyurethane insulation material. It has good stickiness and effect in heat insulation.
2.The newly coil tube evaporator is made by seamless steel tube. It widely increase the heat exchanger area between refrigerant and refrigeration medium brine water and has high efficiency in heat exchanging, in order to achieve the high refrigeration efficiency and power saving. Compared to the common evaporator, coil tube evaporator type block ice machine will save at least 20kW.H per one ton ice.
3.As for coil tube evaporator type block ice machine, we use big power water agitator to replace the common water pumps. It faster the brine flowing so that shorten the ice frozen time and improve the refrigeration effect of the whole machine.
4.The linear design for the ice plant, such as put the refrigeration unit, ice making tank, crane system, ice pouring shelf, water filling box and cold room in a line, will maximize the investment on manpower and reduce the whole cost.

Standard working condition: environment temperature 30°C, water supply temeprautre,23°C, evaporate temperature -15°C.
Applicable working condition:environment temperature 5°C ~45°C, supply water 0°C~28°C. It is common that real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.
