Full automatic ice block making machine for Africa
Compared to traditional brine system block ice machine, Guangzhou Icesource Automatic Block Ice Machine has the following advantages:
1. Edible block ice. The biggest feature of automatic block ice machine is that there is no need salt water or other refrigerating medium in the process of ice freezing. And the ice is more sanitary and can be edible for human directly. But the traditional brine system block ice machine use brine as refrigerating medium and it is not safe to human eating.
2. Material. The material of automatic block ice machine is aluminum alloy plate. The whole process of ice forming is sanitary and clean and it can reach the edible standards on the condition that the supplying water is edible.
3. Faster ice falling. On ice falling, automatic block ice machine is 1.5 times faster than brine system, ice can fall off within 25-30 minutes.
4. Convenient ice fetching. When ice block formed, it will automatically drop on a special ice contact convey device from the ice molds. It needn't crane or other hoist equipment to fetch ice. So it reduces the investment cost and save more space.
5. Power saving. Automatic block ice machine can save at least 10% electricity compared to brine system.
6. Long service life. Automatic block ice machine is corrosion resistant and low maintenance. And it can use beyond 30 years.
With regards to block ice weight, we can design 2kg, 3kg, 4kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg per piece, or customized.
In addition, automatic ice block making machine also can be containerized as follows:
1) The biggest capacity containerized type in a 20' container is 3ton/24 hours.
2) The biggest capacity containerized type in a 40 HQ container is 10ton/24 hour.
