Sawdust charcoal briquette machine
Introduction:
This machine is used to make briquettes in charcoal, medicine, food, industry processing area. It is automatic, which can make the powder into briquettes with different shapes as customers’ requirements. It is designed as the GMP standard, with the stainless steel externality, the non-obstacle operation and maintain, the smart figuration, the security alarm system and noiseless featureless.
Processing flow - chart:
Biomass material → Crush → Dry → Briquette → Carbonize → Charcoal
Usage:
It can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can be used in boiler, heating & warming.
Working principle:
Briquetting is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.
The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density briquettes.
During this process, no binder needs to be used. So the output briquette is a type of clean and green fuel that is ideal for use in furnaces, boilers and open fires. The density of the briquettes is 900-1400kg/m.
