After the whole process,the carbon black will be put out through the slagging door automatically.The slagging door is beside the feeding door.In the end,you can get the crude carbon black with 30—35mesh. The carbon black can be used as the raw materials of the brick .It is also can  fuel directly.

Large cooling area about rubber pyrolysis plant
There are ten cooling pipes (D=219mm, L=6m) in the cooling pool, so the cooling area can reach up to about 42m²   (0.219m X π X 6m X 10 pipes = 41.2m²)          
The better cooling effects
The cooling pipes are of “SNAKE” shape so that the gas can recycle at the pipes and will have a long way and enough time for full condensing.

Security about rubber refining equipment

 our equipments have anti-blocking device and have pressure gauges,alarms,safety valves and vacuum machine.


  The main equipment is of high safety. The phase of the unliquefizable waste gas produced during the process is alkyl from C1to C4, which is dangerous when burning directly. In our process, it is transferred first through a water close device and a safety device- burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

Energy conservation

recycling of exaust gas and science fire channel design can save energy and thereby reducing costs.

Long life

hot-blast stove is long life,but not energy-saving,its consumption of energy is much greater than the repair costs of furnace.direct fired reactor is energysaving but short life.it is a contradiction.we resolved this conflict by thickening steel plate reactor of fire approach part which oxidized extremely,so we generally use the 14mm,16mm,18mm,20mm thickness of steel plate,or12mm stainless steel plate,other slow oxidation parts use 12mm thickness plate(20G),not noly energy,but long life.
