Guidance for Maintenance
In order to avoid polluting hydraulic oil and prevent dust and sand from mixing in tank, please wash the funnel and the surrounding of oil inlet before filling the tank. In addition, the highest oil level line must not be exceeded, if not the hydraulic oil will spill.
1.Please replace hydraulic oil or filter timely after lifting 300 times.
2.Please lubricate all running point regularly to reduce wear and increase service lift.
3.Please check if there is any looseness on the bracket bult both up and down regularly.
4.Please check if there is any looseness or slip on faxed parts in hoist frame.
