SEALS: Parker or Hallite Non-metallic multi-"V" type supported with machined metal top and bottom adapters and with "O" type pressure ring. Seal material may vary to suit hydraulic fluid

| Exterior Leakage | 1.the piston is distressed with bump or pull. 2.the cylinder interior is distressed with pull 3.the dust-proof seal ring is squeezed out or lapped . 4.the sealing parts between piston and piston rod is worm out or damaged . 5.the hydraulic cylinder is not well aligned so it is difficult to extend the piston rod | 1.Polish use very fine abrasive paper or oil stone ,and replace those that cann't be repaired . 2.handle it in the same way as in the case of piston rod . 3.disassembly,check and replace it . 4.replace it with new sealing parts .
5.disassembly it and check whether the installation position is appropriate .

| Piston rod crawing and sqirming | 1.Air in the hydraulic cylinder or air bubbles in the oil 2.the hydraulic cylinder is out of installation on position 3.the whole piston is bent or partly bent .
4.the cylindr interior is rusty or distressed with pull. | 1.loosen the connector,and discharge air . 2.during installation ,make sure that it moves in parallel with the main machine.
3.straighten the piston rod ,with its camber less than 0.3/100mm in total lenthl or charge it . 4.Remove rust and burrs.and replace the cylinder if the problem is serious. |
