Our raw material is high quality steel, seamless honed tubes. They are produced with BKS & SRB conditions, and we process them with CNC lathe. The sleeve of cylinder is very smooth, the surface finish can be 0.02μm and the seal kits are Parker imported from USA. So the working life is long and the using frequency can be high.

Before paint, we will process the cylinder tubes with ball blast, so that the painting can be absorbed tightly. Then we will paint the cylinder with one lick of anti-rust paint and two lick of finish paint. Every lick of our paint is thick, so that can protect the cylinder well.

For the package, we will use corrugated paper for each cylinder and use plastic film for several cylinders. At last, use steel case to package them.
