1.Introduction:        

neodymium magnet  is well known as the third generation of rare earth permanent magnet

2.Material Content of Chemical element :

made from 32% of Nd, 64% of Fe, 1% of B (Nd 12 Fe 14 B) as well as few of other elements like Dy, Tb, Co, Nb, Ga, Al, Cu, etc.

3.Grade:

Standard neodymium magnet  according to China National Inindustrial Standard

4.Magnetic force: 

Usually 400-600 times of itself weight within its max temperature, the magnetic force can last forever. 

5. Coating or plating: 

Nickel-Cu-Nickel which is environment friendly and can get approval by third part inspection like SGS. 6. Magnetization: 

usually thickness direction magnetization, if you have special purpose and need other magnetization ways, you may remind us when send inquiry to us. 7. Mark:

When it is necessary, we may mark with black dot or red dot , even  "N" or " S" for you to recognize the magnetic pole.  Also your logo is possible to printed or carved on the neodymium magnet .

8.Tolerance:

usually +/-0.05mm, if you have more strict requirement, we may control the tolerance within 0.02mm -0.03mm. But the cost  will increase accordingly. 

9.Packing :

please kindly refer to our tips of packing. Our packing is standard for export and has been welcomed by our customers. It can prevent neo magnets from being broken during vibration of shipment, movement,etc.  It also can help the    neodymium magnet from being be affected with damp during sea shipment
