1. Brief Company Information
DEJU aluminum Corp was founded in 2006, including Guangdong DEJU and Zhejiang DEJU. Leading the
technique and craft of color coating in years, we have been spending much effort in R&D, manufacture, operation
and service of color coated aluminum coil industry. Our factory covers more than 53,000 square meters, having
three multi-function high-speed main production lines, and six subsidiary production lines for color painting
and forming. What makes us proud is the unique and most advantaged production line in the domestic
industry, the “six coating five baking the multi-function production line”, which is applied to color coating,
pattern printing, sanding and wire drawing, etc.

3. Strength
Professionalism: DEJU is focusing in pre-coated aluminum coil. Compared to some other factories which also
produce ACP and other sub-products, we are so much more professional in making aluminum coil, which enable
us to be more competitive, efficient, highly controllable in cost and to cultivate more skillful staffs and technicians.
Material: The PVDF resin coating is imported from America PPG and Sweden Becker, so that we can guarantee
the top functions of ACP.
The Aluminum we use is from Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co., Ltd
Polyester coating: single coating, one layer, 18μm; double coating, two layers, 25~27μm.
PVDF coating: two layers of PVDF coating, at least 27μm, and if required, it will be covered by another layer of
varnish, 35μm in total.
Pretreatment: the raw aluminum has to be washed by acid, and chromized. After it is dried out, it will be covered
by oxide film to heighten the adhesion.
Equipment: We have three multi-function high-speed main production lines, and six subsidiary production lines for
color painting and forming. What makes us proud is the unique and most advantaged production line in the
domestic industry, the “six coating five baking the multi-function production line”, which is applied to color
coating, pattern printing, sanding and wire drawing, etc.
