APPLICATION

DMM862L single phase two wire mechanical long-life energy meter

The meter is used to measure 50Hz or 60Hz active energy consumption from single phase two wire AC electricity net.

The meter is widely used in office buildings, shopping malls, residences, etc.

STRUCTURE FEATURES

♦The combination of current, voltage, damping magnetic steel parts with pedestal and base parts adopts reinforced fastening, to ensure the stability of the parts in the meter.

♦Strong magnetic property, magnetic bearing made of high stable material, the guiding part adopts imported graphite bearing of self-lubrication and anti-abrasion and stainless steel axle pin of high strength that constitute long-life rotating element, so that the stability and long life of meter can be ensured. May select magnetic thrust bottom bearing, of which the upper oriented bearing is made of lubrication graphite bush and stainless steel needle.

♦The die-casing frame adopts high quality steel plate once molding with excellent mechanical strength, to assure the magnetic line stable and reliable.

♦Voltage components are used of all closed vacuum pouring coil by epoxy resin. Current components are used of double insulation structure, which has good electrical characteristic.

♦All kinds of error adjustment mechanisms adopt stepless shifting mechanism. The meter starting and creeping needn't to be adjusted as which is finished by anti-creeping hole of disc and it's convenient for adjusting by users.

♦Damping magnetic steel adopts alnico material, which has good temperature compensating characteristics.

♦Meter terminal block is made of quality bakelite material which is moisture-resistant, fire-retardant, high temperature molded.

♦Standard configuration short terminal cover, which is helpful to reduce installation space and make it convenient to install; May select extended terminal cover, which is used for protecting the safety when using electricity.

♦Standard configuration without handle, may select add a handle for carrying convenience;(Please specify when ordering)

♦External structure and service life

a. Metallic base and transparent AS cover & terminal cover, whose service life can reach more than 15 years.

b. Bakelite base and PC cover & terminal cover which is anti-UV molded overall, whose service life can reach over 25 years.
