Variety and characteristic

calcium silicate board has many advantages: high strength with light weight, fire resistant and heat insulated, easy to process and so on. It can be used in many areas such as : fire isolation wall board, roof decoration board, air channel for public high buildings, as well as partition board and anti-fire door for various kinds of vessels.

Technology

calcium silicate board use inorganic mineral fiber or cellulosic fiber as reinforcement agent siliceous material and calcareous material as main cementitious material. Process stages include: slurry preparation, board forming, stacking, pre-curing, module stripping, autoclaving and curing. To increase board quality, drying stage as well as sanding, edging and painting stages can be added, which also increased additional value of board. Process technique contains molding --- pressing process, flow-on process and hatcheck process.

Main raw material

Reinforced fiber (pulp, wollastonite, glass fiber, mica. Chrysotile and so on), Siliceous material (quartz powder, fly ash, diatomite and so on.), calcareous material (unslaked lime powder, cement) and additives.

Products introduction:

(1)High Density:1.4T/M3, Calcium silicate board is made by special press machine which pressure is 800T.

(2)High quality:the component of cement in the board is 65%,it is strong enough to be use for outside wall board.

(3)Non-flammability: Calcium silicate board is non-flammable and meets the class 1 national inspection standards with excellent fire resistance property.

(4)Fireproofing: CNS 6532 approved with a low combustible rating of first class (6mm up) and 1-hr system fire resistance (9mm up).

(5)High temperature resistance: Low heat conductivity and good capacity in blocking heat.

(6)Water resistance: The quality and stand long term exposure to moisture. It has good adjusting mechanics like woods.

(7)Easiness to construct: The construction process does not require complicated tools but just the ones used in regular wood construction. Our board can be fixed on light steel frame with self-attachable screws or a glue gun to nail the bolts into the wooden frame.

(8)Stability: This material is very stable with good resistance towards moisture and humidity (better resistance than wood).
