1.Vertical integrated type extruder:the reduction box connect with distribution box directly,the advantages of this design are save floor area,extrend the using life,low noise.
2.Twin screw feeding way:compare with traditional single screw feeding,this way is more stability.And in the hopper,there is a mixing unit,toprevent material blocking in the hopper(especially for high Caco3 pipes extrusion).
3.High output: Daily capacity can reach 8 tons
4.Low power consumption:to produce one ton PVC pipe,only consumes 90kwh.
