Protective Material: The solid door slab, made up of inner and outer steel plates firmly rimmed together - The space in between filled with conglomerate heavily reinforced with twisted combed metal called CORBAR

Boltwork: The door is secured into the chassis by 2 massive continuous locking bar, each 50mm in depth, running the full height of the door slab, one to front edge and one to the rear.

Locking: Secured by one S&G key-op keylock with changeable features. The level stack forms an internal shroud around the key that makes it difficult to read with all modern optical burglary tools. The lock is also equip with false gates to provide pick resistance. The lock provides up to 10000000 key variation.

Relocking: The boltwork is additionally fitted with emergency relocking devices. This independently deadlocks the locking mechanism when activated by an attack on the primary locking system and locks which are mounted on glass relockers.

Chassis The door is mounted to a solid chassis by heavy duty pivots allowing for vertical adjustment.

Lighting: A 15 amp switch is fitted to be controlled by botls. THe system provides for automatic control of the vault lighting.

Finish: The door and gate are in Painted finish.
