3. Technology
DU series Rubber Belt Filter is the high automatic new-type machine. It adopts setting vacuum chamber and the rubber belt moves on the chamber. It has realized the continuous filtration, cake cleaning, residue unloading and cloth cleaning and regeneration etc used in the fields of solid-liquid separation of the chemical industry, coal chemical, metallurgy, mines, flue gas desulfurization, food industry etc.

1. Modularized design is for easy installation and transportation.
2. High auto degrees: Consecutive auto feeding, filtering, washing, dewatering, discharging, cloth cleaning improves production efficiency.
3. Fast filter speed: large particles will settle at the lower layer while small particles upper layer when material goes through sedimentation area. Reasonable structure of filter cake ensures low resistance of liquid for fast filter of thin layer.
4. Convenient filter technology: cake thickness, water vol., counter current decantation stages, vacuum degree, filter speed can be adjusted for optimistic effect.
5. Fine decantation effect: even and thorough multi-stage advection or counter current decantation makes collection and reuse of mother liquor and washing liquor separately.
5.Materials of construction
We offer a complete range of solutions for corrosive, abrasive and hot filtering applications, from the highest quality stainless steel to FPRs and plastics. The filter frames are mnufactured from open channel and angle sections to prevent problems associated with corrosion when using box sections.
Cake discharge
Cake discharge on most applications is spontaneous, we make use of cake scrapers or water slides to ensure complete cake removal in the event of wet, sticky products.
Transporter belt
We have constructed the widest filters using 4m rubber belts. These are available in natural rubber, SBR, neoprene, and EPDM, depending on the process requirements, transporter belts have a carcass-free center zone to ensure long life by preventing contact between the carcass and corrosive filtrates.
