The idea was used long time ago by the Fook Chow people in China making fish ball and stuffing meat into it. It then became popular among the locals but at that time ,there is no technology to mass produce the product until recently.

Our factory produce this Halal Fook Chow fish ball. This is a new product compare to the normal fish ball. A new product will always provide an opportunity to make money.
