This type of steam separator use the sharp change of steam flow to separate the droplets from the steam,it is mainly used for supplying dry steam to steam facilities and protecting facilities from water hammer,besides of steam,the medium can also be compressed air and other gas,It has following advantages:
- Can adjust the air inflow automatically with the pressure change of medium,reduce vibration and noise.
- Pressure can rise with the temperature of steam,greatly reduce the power of pump motor,therefor realize the purpose of energy-saving.
- Heat efficiency can reach to 100%,save steam by at leat 20%.
