Electro Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is made of cold rolled and corrugate wire using the advanced technology. The electro galvanized welded wire mesh with welding network has the good adhesion performance, dispersing the resulting cracked in the concrete surface. And it is still not rapidly destroyed.
Materials:
Using quality international wire rod as raw material, this is cold rolled which gives to the wire a very high tensile strength.
Specification:
Electro Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh is fabricated according to ASTM A-185 and ASTM A-496.
Mechanical Properties:
Tensile strength: 80,000 psi / 550mpa (min.).
Yield strength: 71,000 psi / 490mpa (min.).
Elongation: 6% min.
Reduction of area: 30% min.
Products:
Sheet: 8.2ft wide × 19.68ft long (161.4ft2).
Coil: 8.2ft wide × 131.2ft long (1,076.2ft2).
The mesh is fabricated with longitudinal wires of the same gauge, welded together forming a 6'' × 6'' grid in several gauges.
Applications:
Buildings -- department, office, storehouse slabs or walls.
Rail -- paving, rail slabs, elevated slabs of the sidewall.
Bridge -- bridge slab.
Road -- concrete pavement, leaving the central zone of the highway, the side wall.
