Materials of dredge pump:

 

 

Material of wet parts is high wear resistant high chrome alloy.

 

Considering the maintenance,wear resistant parts are nearly of the same wear life to reduce maintenance&interchange costs.

 

High chrome A05, A31, A33, A49 etc.

 

High chrome alloy-- WHITE cast iron:

 

A05--used for higher wear condition with PH between 5--12

  

A33-- Transport oxygenated slurry with PH≥1, such as phosetcphor-plaster, nitric acid, vitriol, phosphate,etc.

 

A49--Used for lower PH working condition, especially for glue gas; 

 

also used for low-sour condition and desulfuration installation with PH not less than 4.Material of wet parts is high

In 2014, Precoated sand casting was first used to do high chrome parts instead of resin sand. By this way, spare parts surface much better and casting speed improved.
