Mould Service Processing:
1.Drawings. Receiving the 2D or 3D drawings and the technicalrequirment, we will give the quotation with delivery time as per your repuirements.
2.Sales contract. Sign the preforma invoice between two part after receiving your production confirmation.
3.Design Work. Getting ur deposit by TT, we will start the design work.(For this please send 3D drawings if possible, our specialists will be more efficiently work out the design with CAD/CAM/CAE systems)
4.Mould We will give the mould drawings within 15 days (depending on the structure of the product),and we start the maufacture after your approval
5.Samples. Then will be the first test, we will send you the samples injected by the ordered mould.
6.Modification. Mould modification until the customers satisfy it.
7.Delivery. we will delivery the mould under your requirements
