Basic conditions for giving out prices
Over the past several years we have tried to make it very clear that we require current ICPO/RFQ to begin any business.
Unfortunately many brokers and buyers have chosen to ignore our requirements and continue to request quotes and other information prior to issuing the ICPO/RFQ.
So please let it be very clear that from now on all inquiries without current ICPO/RFQ will no longer be responded to and will automatically be deleted.
We simply can not waste our time on replies, asking over and over again, to provide us with current ICPO/RFQ.
If you are serious brokers or buyers you will not have a problem with providing/issuing the required ICPO/RFQ.
In order to serve you better, please kindly send us the ICPO(Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) or RFQ (Request For Quotation) from the Direct Buyer, on Buyer's letterhead
